For maximum performance and precise functioning of the algorithms, we definitely recommend account types with small spreads, which brokers typically label as ECN, Prime, Ultra Low, Zero, or Pro. Since our software is very sensitive to precise entry prices, you will experience the best results with these account types, as the broker charges a fixed commission instead of an increased spread.
As soon as we release a new version for a robot, we will notify you by email, and you can download the latest file. The update is free for all license holders.
An EA (Expert Advisor) is a file that you must install on your own computer or VPS. In Copytrading, you just connect to our master account through the broker's internal system, and the operations are automatically copied to your account without any installation.
Once you submit your account number through the form, we usually verify it with the broker within 24-48 hours and send the activated EA file.
