Genesis Trading System, its developers, and partners assume no responsibility for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our software or reliance on information found on the website.

Our products are digital. After purchase or approval, you will receive the software via email or a download link. It is the user's responsibility to provide a correct email address and ensure the correct setup of the MetaTrader 5 platform (including WebRequest settings).
Due to the digital nature of Expert Advisors and because they are immediately usable, all sales are final. No refunds are possible for paid licenses. The free version is a discounted service, so no financial compensation is possible on this basis either.
Genesis Trading System is an independent software developer. We are not responsible for the actions of any broker, including (but not limited to): platform outages, price spikes, withdrawal delays, or account liquidations.
The software, code, and documentation are the intellectual property of Genesis Trading System. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute our software without express written permission.
Genesis Trading System is entitled to update and modify the software for better performance. License holders are entitled to download updates for the respective product free of charge.
